joylink88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including before processing withdrawal requests. Accepted documents include a valid Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad), passport, or equivalent government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the required timeframe may result in Account suspension and delayed or withheld withdrawals.
The name on your joylink88 Account must exactly match the name on your payment method (e-wallet, bank account, or card). Discrepancies may result in transaction delays, rejected withdrawals, or Account suspension pending investigation.

joylink88 accepts the following Malaysian payment methods for deposits:
Minimum deposit amounts, processing times, and applicable fees (if any) are specified on the Deposit page within your Account. These may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
All Account balances and transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless you have opted to use a cryptocurrency account, in which case the applicable cryptocurrency denomination applies. Currency conversion, where required, will be performed at prevailing rates at the time of transaction.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that funds deposited into your Account originate from a payment method in your own name. joylink88 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Any deposit suspected of originating from a third party may be reversed and the Account suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions being met in full: (a) your Account has passed all required KYC verification checks; (b) you have met all applicable Wagering Requirements on any active Bonus funds; (c) the withdrawal amount does not exceed your available withdrawable balance; and (d) your Account is in good standing with no active investigations or restrictions.

Daily and weekly withdrawal limits apply and vary by Account tier within the joylink88 VIP Programme. Limits are displayed within your Account settings. joylink88 reserves the right to stagger large withdrawal amounts across multiple business days.
Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. This requirement is in place to prevent fraud and money laundering.
Section 07
All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by joylink88 are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of each promotion. Where a specific promotion's terms conflict with these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.
Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 30 times (30×) the bonus amount before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each promotion.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games generally contribute 100%, while live casino table games, sports bets, and other game categories may contribute at reduced rates. Specific contribution rates are published in each promotion's terms.
joylink88 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or permanently close an Account, where we determine that a User has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, without limitation: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion; exploiting technical errors; placing low-risk bets designed solely to meet wagering requirements; or any coordinated activity designed to circumvent the spirit of a promotion.
One Bonus Per Player: Welcome bonuses are available only to new registered Users making their first qualifying deposit. Each User, household, IP address, device, and payment method is eligible for the welcome bonus only once.
Section 08
All bets placed on the Platform are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of your bet selection, stake amount, and applicable odds before confirming. joylink88 does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been confirmed, except where stated otherwise in sport-specific rules.
Minimum and maximum stake amounts are displayed at the time of bet placement and vary by market, event, and User Account tier. joylink88 reserves the right to impose individual betting limits on any Account at its sole discretion.
In the event that a bet is accepted at odds that were clearly incorrect due to a technical error, system fault, or human error, joylink88 reserves the right to void that bet and refund the original stake. Where a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, abandoned, or otherwise fails to reach its natural conclusion within the timeframe specified in the applicable sport's rules, bets on that event will be settled in accordance with joylink88's sport-specific settlement rules, which are available within the Platform's help section.

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting joylink88 support. Any withdrawable balance remaining in the Account at the time of closure will be paid out to your verified payment method subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and wagering requirements on active bonuses.
Upon termination of an Account for breach of these Terms, joylink88 reserves the right to forfeit all or part of any balance held within the Account.
